GUN BANGKOK makes every KYDEX holster by hand in Bangkok, Thailand. Please read these terms before placing an international order.
Production time
Most holsters are made in 7–10 working days after your order is confirmed. We will contact you if we need more details about your gun, light or optic before production.
International shipping
We ship with Thailand Post EMS World (tracked). Typical delivery after dispatch: Asia 3–5, Oceania 4–6, Europe 4–9, Canada 5–7 working days. Customs clearance may add extra time.

Countries we ship to: Philippines, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland, Finland, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, South Africa. We currently do not ship to the United States (Thailand Post EMS service suspended) or other countries not listed. Contact us if your country is not on the list.
Duties, taxes & import rules
- Prices are charged in Thai Baht (THB). Any USD amounts shown are approximate.
- Import duties, VAT and customs fees are not included and are paid by the buyer on delivery.
- You are responsible for making sure KYDEX holsters and gun accessories may be legally imported into your country. Customs forms are always declared truthfully (e.g. "Plastic KYDEX holster, no weapon").
- We do not ship to freight forwarders or parcel-forwarding addresses. The billing and shipping country must match.
Order limits
International orders: up to 3 pieces per item and 5 items per order, minimum order ฿1,000 (before shipping). For larger or wholesale orders please contact us.
Returns & refunds (international)
- All international orders are final sale – no returns or exchanges for change of mind.
- If we made a mistake (wrong model, wrong options or a manufacturing defect), we will remake the holster or refund you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
- Orders seized by customs, refused at delivery or returned because duties were not paid are not eligible for a refund.
- Please double-check your gun model, light/optic and carry options before ordering. Holsters made to the details you provided cannot be exchanged.
Warranty
Our holsters carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. For international customers, warranty repairs are free, but shipping both ways is paid by the customer.
