A custom order shouldn't end at delivery — here's how we look after you once you receive your holster.
- If it doesn't fit, you can send it back for alteration.If your holster doesn't fit when you try it, send it back and we'll adjust it for you.
- The manufacturer made a mistake. We will either produce a new one or give you a refund.If the specifications have been confirmed with the admin and the shop made a manufacturing error, we will gladly produce a new one or issue a refund immediately.
- Lifetime warranty.If your holster is damaged through use and can be repaired, we'll repair it free of charge.Customers are only responsible for the cost of spare parts and shipping.
